About John Esposito

Owner and president of ESPO Fire & Water, John Esposito has been a leader in Tulsa’s fire and water restoration industry since 1983. His experience includes countless successfully completed projects for clients in industrial, commercial, municipal and residential facilities. John enjoys helping people in stressful situations, taking the attitude of “under promising” and “over delivering.” When a property is damaged by fire, flood, tornado or hurricane, the loss can be substantial, sometimes several million dollars.
As a specialty project in the mid-90’s, John built the first-ever American-style sub-division in Moscow, Russia, where several luxury homes were constructed. All the building materials were purchased and shipped out of Tulsa.
A past president of the Tulsa Warbird Sooner Squadron, John is active in several Warbird activities such as airshows, formation training flights and the missing man formation for solemn occasions and memorial services.
John is an avid aviation enthusiast, a passion that began in the Boy Scouts of America, where he later became an Eagle Scout. He continued with American Airlines-sponsored Air Explorers and received his pilot's license on the morning of his 16th birthday and his driver's license later that afternoon. He has enjoyed flying ever since and owns a North American AT-6, an advanced trainer during WWII. On a part-time basis, John flies corporate jets as a contract pilot when time allows.
Aviation licenses John holds include airline transport pilot single- and multi-engine land, glider, seaplane, flight instructor and Warbird flight lead.
Business memberships include the Institute of Real Estate Management, Tulsa Apartment Association, Better Business Bureau, Building Owners & Managers Association, the Home Builders Association, Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, International Facility Management Association and EAA Warbirds. He is also a board member of the Jones Riverside Tenants Association and Tulsa Air & Space Museum.
John obtained a Bachelor’s degree in marketing and finance with a minor in aviation from Oklahoma State University, during which time he was a member of the Flying Aggies. A native Tulsan, he is married and has two daughters. |
